On Monday, November 22nd, the Westminster CARP chapter held a Utah Food Bank Food Truck Fundraiser Event. This campus-wide service project was sponsored by the ASW administration and engaged more than 70 members of the campus. Special thanks to the food truck, The Ramen Mobile, who donated 50% of the profits totaling $250 to the Utah Food Bank. It was also a pleasure to host National CARP team member, Chungbom Katayama, during the event. Overall, it was a joy to make this dream a reality in engaging the greater Westminster Community in embodying one of the core values of CARP: living for the sake of others, while feeding others during winter season.
